SandCastle Sunset Tiki Castaway
SandCastle cottage is our newest offering at SunTiki Cottages. The cottage is 1900 sq. feet featuring four bedrooms and 2.5 baths. There are (2) triple sheeted King bedrooms, one Queen bedroom and one (2) twins bedroom. The cottage has a front porch and a small backyard which includes it's own private outdoor VitaSpa. You have side access to the 5th Avenue beach access for easy access to the beach. Each bedroom features it's own color cable television and the large living room/dining room offers plenty of seating and an electric fireplace. There is a washer/dryer in a storage area behind the cottage.
To reserve a SunTiki cottage a deposit of 50% of the total reservation is due at the time the reservation is made. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. All payments are processed thru PayPal. A seasonal rental agreement must also be completed and received by SunTikiCottages. Once the 30 day payment is received we send out a lockbox code to obtain the keys to the cottage.

Our new pool & spa is now available for use by our guests!. All private spas's have been dis-continued. We are delighted to now offer our guests a pool and spa as an alternative to the beach and hope you enjoy it . Please remember to adhere to all posted rules and regulations and all children regardless of swimming ability must be monitored by responsible adults at all times while in the pool. Hours of pool operation are 9am to 9pm...Please be respectful of other cottages and our neighbors!
Also,it is in our policies page, but many still ask, so I thought I would make note here that
1. We do not allow smoking or pets inside a SunTiki Cottage.
2. Our rental weeks run Saturday to Saturday. Our minimum stay is 3 days, based on availability.
Also, we have been giving our cottages mini makeovers with some fresh paint, new furniture and artwork, glass mosaic tiling, fresh new bed linens, IKEA lighting and check out our new leather dining room chairs in Sunset from Crate and Barrel!!!!!
