*rates are subject to change without notice. If you are requesting a stay of less than 7 days, our Daily Rates schedule below would apply. Holiday weeks are 10% HIGHER. Taxes of 12% and a refundable security deposit o$150-$300 are additional to quoted rates. We do not charge for cleaning. All weekly stays run SAT to SAT unless it is 30 days to arrival or less.

Minimum stay in Sunset, Tiki and Castaway and SandCastle cottages: 3days.
Cottage:
SandCastle: $475
Sunset: $250
Tiki: $200
Castaway:$150
Taxes of 12% and a refundable security deposit are additional to quoted rates. Absolute minimum stay is 3 days. Daily rate stays are only available 30 days or less to arrival. Holiday weeks are 10% HIGHER.
