Sunset cottage is the closest cottage to the beach. It is a two bedroom, one bath cottage, 960 sq. ft. It has a large open floor plan. The Master bedroom offers a triple sheeted King size SLEEPNUMBER bed. The guest bedroom offers (2) twin beds. The bath has a tub/shower and wall mount hairdryer. The cottage is centrally heated and air-conditioned. It also has (2) Queen sized pullout sleeper sofa's. There are three color cable televisions in the cottage and free access to SunTiki wireless internet.
The cottage has a full kitchen to include stove, refrigerator,microwave and dishwasher. Small appliances include toaster, coffee maker and blender. The cottage floors are Mexican Saltillo tile and the seating is all leather.
